Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services and Classes At All In One Beauti we are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients. To ensure a smooth and organized process, please review our cancellation and refund policies below: 1. Cancellation Policy for Services: • We request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled services. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. • No-show clients or those who cancel at the time of the appointment will be charged the full price of the service. 2. Cancellation Policy for Classes: • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in a class. • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, regardless of the timing of the cancellation. • However, if you miss a class, you may reschedule to attend a future session, based on availability. • The full balance of the class fee is due on the original scheduled date, even if you do not show up for the class. 3. Rescheduling Missed Classes: • If you miss a class, you may reschedule to a future date, subject to availability. • You must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. A missed class cannot be rescheduled without prior notice. • Please note that you will be required to pay any remaining balance before rescheduling. 4. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late for your scheduled service or class, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment or class may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment or class marked as a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a professional and efficient environment for all of our clients.
